Boil
FROM CHILLED: This product is raw and requires cooking. Allow 20 minutes per 450g (1lb) plus 20 minutes. Remove all packaging. Place the joint in a large pan and cover with cold water. Bring to the boil and simmer for the calculated cooking time. Cook raw meat thoroughly until all juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside.
