1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed:
- UK Standard: 2–5 business days
- UK Express: 1–2 business days
- EU: 5–10 business days
- USA & International: 7–14 business days
3. Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. The current threshold is displayed at checkout and may vary by promotion.
4. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.
5. Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
