All Sales Are Final All items sold on MEHZO.com are marked as Final Sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Final Sale items.

Exceptions — Your Statutory Rights Notwithstanding the above, if an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Where a return is accepted, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit — your choice. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear.
