Nolia is described as hazy and juicy, with flavors of apricot, mango, and lime mojitos, achieved through the use of hand-selected hops from the Yakima Valley in the US and Nelson in New Zealand.

Nolia is a distinct project from the main Beak Brewery, aiming to reach a new audience interested in alcohol-free options. The brewery's origins are in a nomadic project where Daniel Tapper collaborated with other breweries to develop recipes. Beak Brewery is a microbrewery and taproom located in Lewes, East Sussex. It's known for its hop-forward IPAs, but also produces a variety of other beers like pilsners, imperial stouts, and saisons. The brewery also has a mixed fermentation project using a large oak foudre, focusing on beers with local ingredients like native hops and wild yeast.
