Sacred Peated English Whisky has been aged in bourbon barrels before being cask-finished in sherry hogsheads in London to add further layers of flavour development. The sherry casks are specifically old Pedro Ximenez sherry casks from Bodegas Navarro in Montilla, Spain.
Nutty, rich flavours deliver a complex and deeply satisfying single malt. Log-fire smokiness combines with sea salt, dried pineapple, cloves, vanilla and Christmas cake.
