Kirkstall Virtuous is an AF (0.5% ABV) version of their flagship session IPA, Virtuous. It retains the same tropical fruit, pine, and citrus hop flavors derived from Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe hops. The beer is described as crisp, bright, and refreshing, with a good body despite its low alcohol content. It is also gluten-free and vegan-friendly.

The beer boasts a combination of tropical fruit, pine, and citrus notes, with a hint of blueberry. The aroma is clean and citrusy, leading into the fruity hop flavors on the palate. It pours a pale straw color with a decent white head. The low alcohol content doesn't compromise the mouthfeel, which is described as decent and well-carbonated, providing a refreshing experience
