Cotswolds 7 Year Old 2017 Ruby Port Cask, 70cl

Bottled for the 2024 outturn of Nickolls & Perks' own label spirits, a collection focusing on some of the elite distilleries from a new generation of whisky producers.

Lush in its rolling greenery and arable farmland, the Cotswolds is an iconic piece of England. The Cotswolds Distillery harnesses these strengths, using solely locally grown barley to produce a fruit-forward style of malt and maturing all of their casks onsite. This expression was matured exclusively in a single first-fill ruby Port hogshead for no less than seven years.

Bottled at the full cask strength of 59.2% and bottled without chill filtration or added colouring.
